We are including an open gathering space right in the heart of the garden on a heated natural stone patio.
The stones are heated from water pipes running underground from a nearby giant compost heat source that will be later used to feed the plants.

Yes it is on a smaller scale with a Type A H home occupancy permit and in harmony with your neighbors. We must go through a discovery process together before any construction can begin.

This is totally free for the homeowner, however there is a real opportunity to to invest and receive greater equity in the business revenue.

The operating business will carry general liability insurance as a boutique spa.

Someone with access to private land at least ½ acre within 20 minutes of the Hawthorne Bridge, and excited to build something special on their land.

This will be managed and operated by live on-site stewards of the space. Ideally this looks like space for an RV, spare bedroom, or ADU.

The operating business retains exclusive rights to all plants, patio, and and spa equipment. The land they are sitting on is what is being leased.
There are however other potential options to explore such as a lease-to-own agreement with the land itself that can offer higher monthly payment to the homeowner. -
We need to have access for up to 4 cars to be parked on the property. Extending parking pads and running utilities are all something we will work with licensed plumbers and electricians on.

Created by Alex Wyman, who has been a well-known landscape design and developer in Portland the last 8 years. He has expert knowledge of botany, professional construction techniques, and has an amazing network of talented subcontractors to work with.
He has worked managing landscape maintenance companies for 4 years and with the last 8 years operating his own synergistic business known as Wild Oasis Landscapes, where he introduces “wild feeling” ecosystems and natural elements to homeowners.
