Host Your Land

Hosting your land is the most exciting way to be involved. We are looking for properties within 30 min of downtown PDX that are:

At least 1 acres in size
Have visual/noise privacy from neighbors
or public disturbances
Well water is ideal, but not limiting

Large rentable shop or garage space
Have at least one private dwelling for rent (basement room, ADU, or private suite)

At least 4 additional off- street parking space, or at least room to add them.

Lease

Explore an offer for month-to-month space rental. This might be a good way to get acquainted with one another. We will consider this on a case by case basis. Our budget range is $1,000 to $2,500 depending on the space available.

Types Of Rental Agreements

Lease-to-own

We make an agreement to let the LLC purchase either full or a partial value of the land, which you can be a member of. This allows us to protect our investment and most appealing.

In the meantime you will receive extra nice monthly payments, as compared to a regular lease payment.

Private Equity

This is guaranteed, where you make a percentage of the business net profits and are an actual members of the business. Choose to invest capital for an extra financial return.
